Process - Washed
Washed process coffee beans, also known as wet-processed coffee, are carefully prepared to highlight clarity and brightness in the cup. After harvesting, the coffee cherries are pulped to remove the outer fruit, then fermented in water to break down the remaining mucilage before being thoroughly washed and dried.
