Returns Policy
Because our products are food items, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once an order has been dispatched or delivered.
This is in accordance with Regulation 28(3)(a) of the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, which excludes perishable or consumable goods from the right to cancel.
Exceptions
We will, of course, replace or refund items that:

Arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect
If you receive a damaged or incorrect order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at proper.roast.coffee@gmail.com, including your order number and a photo of the issue.
We will assess the claim and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed or dispatched, as our products are perishable and prepared to order.
